What does BiteSpeed actually cost? A 2026 buyer's guide.
BiteSpeed hides pricing behind /request-demo. We didn't want to. This page aggregates every public data point we could find - tier names, reported prices, what's included - from G2, third-party aggregators, the Shopify App Store, and customer quotes. Every number is sourced. If you spot one that's drifted, tell us and we'll correct it the same day.

What we know
Reported tiers - triangulated from public sources.
All WhatsApp Business API platforms pass through Meta's per-conversation charges on top of the subscription. BiteSpeed's effective cost is tier + Meta pass-through + the template-maintenance labour you'll read about below.

Template maintenance
Teams report 8-12 hours/week editing templates, building branching flows, and resubmitting for Meta approval. At a blended $80/hour, that's ≈ $40K/year in labour - more than the subscription itself.
Human escalation
Every reply the template didn't anticipate lands in a shared inbox. CX headcount to staff it scales with order volume - budget one agent per ~10K orders /month for responsive coverage.
Unclosed conversations
