The problem

Our founders ran ops for a D2C brand handling 2,000+ WhatsApp conversations a day. Human agents burnt out. Chatbots annoyed customers. Something had to give.

First agent

We built the first Depra agent to handle abandoned cart recovery on WhatsApp. It converted 3x better than the baseline broadcast - we knew we were onto something.
