Yes, on every plan, at no extra charge: India, the US, the UK, every European country, the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and Australia. Pick markets per project when you set it up, or change them later in project settings. Your prompts are shared across the markets you pick, so Starter tracking India and the UAE runs 10 prompts in each, daily. Hinglish prompts are suggested only when India is one of your markets.

Perplexity charges a flat fee on every request that is roughly three times what the other engines cost us, and no volume discount touches it. Rather than raise everyone's price to hide that, we run ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews daily and Perplexity weekly. It is an honest cost trade, not a limitation of the product.

Yes, on every plan. Language is the point of the product, not an upsell. Hinglish here means romanised Hindi-English in Latin script, the way most Indians actually type a question: "India me sabse accha protein powder kaunsa hai?" Write prompts in English or Hinglish, and your visibility is split by language. We do not track Devanagari script. Google does serve Hindi AI Overviews, and capturing that surface is on our roadmap, not in any plan today.

No. Listed prices exclude GST. We add 18% at checkout and issue a proper GST invoice with your GSTIN on record, so registered businesses can claim input tax credit. Add your GSTIN in project settings before paying.

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut you off the moment you cancel. After that tracking stops and your historical data is kept, so coming back later picks up where you left off.

Prompt and project caps are enforced when you add new ones, so nothing stops working unexpectedly. Each plan also has a monthly run allowance sized to cover its full prompt count with headroom; if you somehow exhaust it, tracking slows to weekly for the rest of the month rather than stopping, and you can top up.

RBI rules cap card autopay at ₹15,000 per debit, and Enterprise lands above that with GST. So it is billed the way your other vendors bill you: a GST invoice each month, paid by NEFT, RTGS or UPI, with a named contact if anything needs sorting. The 7-day trial works the same as every other plan, no card and nothing to cancel.
