Each language and market uses one prompt slot. A prompt is one question a buyer might ask an AI engine, such as "best sunscreen under ₹500", in English or in Hinglish. Depra AI asks each prompt to all 4 engines and records whether your brand was named, in what position and tone, and which websites the answer cited. Your prompt count is the total across all your projects. A prompt tracked in two markets uses two of your plan's prompts, because it runs in both.

New checks pause when the monthly allowance is used and resume next month. Saved reports stay available. One check is one question asked to one AI engine. Each plan's monthly allowance covers its scheduled checks at the full prompt count: 1,600 checks on Starter, 7,000 on Growth, 12,000 on Scale and 30,000 on Enterprise. Depra AI covers 40 markets: India, the US, the UK, Ireland and 29 other European countries, 6 Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and Australia, with up to 10 markets per project. Questions are asked from inside each country. Tracking is at country level: you can write a city into a question, but it is still asked from the country as a whole. Your prompts are shared across the markets you pick, so Starter tracking India and the UAE runs 8 prompts in each. Hinglish prompts are suggested only when India is one of your markets.

Perplexity charges a flat fee on every request, which makes it more expensive than our other capture engines. Rather than raise every price to cover it, we run ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews daily and Perplexity weekly on Starter, Growth and Scale. That keeps those plans' prices the same. Depra AI tracks English and Hinglish, with multi-language support. It suggests Hinglish versions of your questions when India is a market, and those prompts run on every plan. No. Listed prices exclude GST. We add 18% at checkout and issue a GST invoice with your GSTIN, so registered businesses can claim input tax credit. Add your GSTIN in settings before paying.

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, tracking stops and your data is kept, so coming back later picks up where you left off. Refunds are covered in the refund and cancellation policy.
