Every Depra plan starts with 3 days free on the plan you pick at signup, and a card or UPI AutoPay is required to start it. The only payment before day 4 is a ₹5 check Razorpay takes to confirm your card or UPI ID. Razorpay refunds it at once; your bank may take a few working days to show it.
Can I scan my brand before starting the trial?
Yes. Sign up and enter your website to run your first free scan, with no card required. It checks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity before you choose a plan and start the trial. You can review the results and continue setup.
What do I get during the trial?
The full plan you picked: its prompt, project and competitor limits, all four AI engines, and English and Hinglish tracking. Full tracking starts once you complete setup and start the trial. If you sign up without choosing a plan, the trial runs on Starter.
What happens when the trial ends?
Depra emails you in the last 2 days before your trial ends. If you do nothing, the first monthly charge goes through on day 4 and tracking continues. Cancel any time before then from Billing and you pay nothing; tracking runs to the end date, then stops. Your projects and stored answers stay in your account either way, so coming back later picks up where you stopped.

How do I pay?
Starter, Growth and Scale are paid through Razorpay by card or UPI AutoPay, with a GST invoice that can carry your GSTIN. Enterprise is invoiced and paid by NEFT, RTGS or UPI, because its monthly amount is above the ₹15,000 RBI limit for automatic payment mandates.
