Depra is an AI visibility tool for agencies that need to show clients how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews mention their brands. The Scale plan (₹12,499 a month plus GST) tracks 180 prompts pooled across up to 25 client projects with 15 competitors each, and each client report saves as a PDF with your company name on it and no Depra branding.
A prompt is a question a buyer types into an AI engine, such as "best sunscreen for oily skin". For each client, Depra asks those questions from inside the client’s country, stores every full answer, and records whether the answer named the client, in what position, in what tone, and which websites it cited. ChatGPT with web search, Gemini and AI Overviews run daily. Perplexity runs weekly. The full method is on the AI visibility tracking page.
How many clients can you track?
Up to 25 client projects on Scale and up to 50 on Enterprise. A project is one client brand with its own questions, competitors and countries. Prompts are pooled: the plan’s total is shared by every client, and you can move prompts from one client to another at any time.
| Plan | Price a month | Client projects | Prompts, pooled | Competitors per client | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | ₹7,499 | 3 | 100 | 10 | Card or UPI AutoPay |
| Scale | ₹12,499 | 25 | 180 | 15 | Card or UPI AutoPay |
| Enterprise | ₹25,000 | 50 | 400 | 20 | Invoiced monthly |
How far 180 prompts go
On Scale, 180 prompts cover 12 clients at 15 prompts each, or 25 clients at 7 each. Each client can be tracked in up to 10 of Depra’s 40 countries, and a prompt tracked in 2 countries uses 2 prompts. Every plan also has a monthly ceiling on checks. If an account reaches it, scheduled runs drop to weekly instead of stopping.
What goes in a client report?
Each client project gets one printable report page. It covers the date range you choose and includes:
- A plain-English summary. How often AI named the client in the period, where the client ranks among the tracked brands, and who leads.
- Headline numbers. Visibility, which is the share of answers that name the client, with a 95% confidence range: the band the true figure likely sits in, given how many answers were collected. Average position and sentiment sit next to it.
- Competitive standing. The client and every tracked competitor ranked by visibility, with share of voice (the client’s share of all mentions across tracked brands) and position.
- Visibility by engine. One bar each for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews, with its range.
- English vs Hinglish. Visibility for questions asked in English and in Hinglish, which is Hindi-English typed in English letters, the way many Indian buyers ask.
- Sources and gaps. The websites AI cited most, and the websites cited when competitors were named but the client was not.
- Recommended actions. The client’s top fixes, ordered by priority. The full list lives in the AI action plan.
Your name on the report
Depra’s name and logo do not appear on the report. The top of the page shows your company name, and the footer reads "Prepared by" followed by it, so set the company name in Settings to your agency’s name. The report can also show a logo, an accent colour and a custom footer line, but the app has no screen to add them today.
How to send it
Open the report and save it as a PDF from the browser’s print dialog. Switch off the browser’s headers and footers in that dialog so the page address does not print. Send the PDF to the client with your monthly update.
Which plans include white-label reports?
The pricing page lists your logo and colours on reports for Growth, Scale and Enterprise, and a custom footer on Scale and Enterprise. Today every account’s reports show the company name and no Depra branding, on any plan. Adding a logo, colour or footer line needs a settings screen that is not in the app yet. The 7-day trial runs on the plan you pick at signup, so pick Scale to test 25 client projects before you pay.
What agencies do with the data
Four ways to use Depra in client work. Each one runs on a part of the product that is live today.
- Pitch a prospect with their own numbers. Start the 7-day trial on Scale with no card, add the prospect’s brand and its competitors, and bring the prospect’s report as a PDF to the pitch. Access stops on day 7 unless you choose a plan.
- Send monthly client reports. Save each client’s report as a PDF and send it with your update. Every answer behind the numbers is stored, so you can show a client the exact AI reply that named a competitor, or export answers to CSV.
- Find sites to get clients mentioned on. Citation gap analysis lists websites that recommend a client’s competitors and never mention the client, with competitors’ own sites filtered out. The action plan ranks up to 12 places to get mentioned and up to 12 page formats to publish.
- Show what changed after the work. Mark an action done and Depra saves the client’s visibility at that moment, then compares it with new answers. Treat it as a before-and-after view. It does not prove the action caused the change.
In Depra’s study of 10 skincare and fashion buying questions asked in India, Gemini cited sources in 90.0% of English answers and 41.3% of Hinglish answers to the same questions. (Depra study of 480 answers, fieldwork 14 Aug 2026)
What Depra does not do for agencies yet
These are not built today. Plan client work around them.
- No logo upload screen. Reports show your company name. A logo, accent colour and custom footer line cannot be added from the app today.
- No public share links. The report page needs a Depra login, so clients get the PDF.
- No team seats or invites. Colleagues and clients cannot be added as separate users.
- No scheduled emails or alerts. You save and send each report yourself.
- No public API, Looker Studio or Google Sheets connector. Data leaves Depra as a PDF report or a CSV export.
- No done-for-you service. Depra is software. Your team does the outreach and writes the content.
Get listed as a partner
Agencies that run client work on Depra can apply to the agency partner program. Applying is free, there are no commissions, and a listing needs an active Depra plan. The directory is opening with a founding group of agencies and has no listings yet.
