An AI visibility tool asks ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants the questions your buyers ask, and records what the answers say. A store needs one more level of detail. When a shopper asks ChatGPT what to buy, ChatGPT can show products as cards inside its answer. A tool with product-level tracking records which products appeared.

What should a Shopify store look for in an AI visibility tool?
Look for product-level tracking, a read of your catalogue, an AI crawler check, a price that fits a small store, and India support. A brand-level score can look fine while your best-selling product never appears in a buying answer. Each point below names the tools that fit it.
- Product-level tracking. Whether the tool records the products an AI answer shows, not only the brands it names. Depra AI, Peec AI, Profound and Yotpo Discover list it. Peec AI also lists scores for each product, which Depra AI does not state. The next section links each source.
- Reading your catalogue. Whether the tool knows which products are yours. It can get the list by reading your store, from a file upload or through a connection to the store. Depra AI reads the product list of a Shopify store with no app and no token. Peec AI fetches the catalogue from Shopify or takes a CSV upload (Peec AI pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026). Yotpo Discover pulls your product catalogue (Yotpo Discover).
- AI crawler checks. AI companies send bots, called crawlers, to read websites. Your robots.txt file tells each bot what it may read. A check shows which AI crawlers your store lets in. Which AI visibility tools track products, not only the brand?
Four tools on this list name product-level tracking on their own pages: Depra AI, Peec AI, Profound and Yotpo Discover.
OpenAI says shopping is currently live for ChatGPT users in the US, and that it plans to expand to more regions (OpenAI merchants page, checked 7 Oct 2026). So a store that tracks questions for India may see few or no products in any tool's shopping data until ChatGPT shows products there. This applies to every tool on this page.
- Depra AI. Its Shopping report records the products ChatGPT showed in each stored answer. Only ChatGPT returns products. Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews answers are tracked for brand mentions and sources. A Google AI Overview is the AI summary above normal results.
- Peec AI. Its plan table ticks an AI Shopping section on every plan. The rows include product catalogue upload, SKU-level tracking and top merchants (Peec AI pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026). A SKU is one sellable product. Peec AI says the feature currently tracks the product carousel in ChatGPT, the row of product cards in an answer (Peec AI instructions page, checked 8 Oct 2026).
- Profound. Its plan table has a ChatGPT Shopping row: Yes on Enterprise, No on the free Trial (Profound pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026).

AnsarAEO prices in rupees. Starter costs ₹1,999 a month for 25 prompts on 3 engines, with a basic site audit (AnsarAEO pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026). On Growth, at ₹4,999, Auto-Fix drafts content and schema markup and pushes it to WordPress or Shopify after your review. Schema markup is code that tells search engines what a page contains. Growth also lists revenue attribution that uses Shopify data (AnsarAEO homepage, checked 8 Oct 2026). Depra AI does not write fixes, change a store or measure sales. Depra AI
Depra AI asks your buyers' questions to ChatGPT with web search, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity from inside the country you pick. For ChatGPT it also records the products shown.
When you set up a project for your own store, DepraBot reads your product list, so Depra AI knows which products are yours. DepraBot is Depra AI's web reader. On a Shopify store it uses the Storefront API, an interface that lets software read a store's product data. It needs no Shopify app and no access token.

Lite includes 1,000 page audits a month, each checking one page for how well it suits AI answers. Otterly also lists a free AI crawlability check among its free GEO tools. Pallix prices in rupees per brand. Starter costs ₹2,499 a month, or ₹2,249 billed yearly, for 30 prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews (Pallix pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026). Peec AI
Peec AI lists product catalogue upload, fetched from Shopify or uploaded as a CSV. It also lists SKU-level tracking, which scores each product on its own in AI shopping answers. Its plan table ticks both on every plan, along with a crawlability audit (Peec AI pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026).
Peec AI says the shopping feature also shows the price an AI answer cites next to the price in your catalogue. Starter costs $95 a month for 50 prompts and 1 country per project (Peec AI plan details, checked 8 Oct 2026). Depra AI lists the products ChatGPT shows and states no separate score for each product. Profound
For brands, Profound's pricing page lists a free Trial and a custom Enterprise plan, and shows no monthly price. ChatGPT Shopping is listed on Enterprise and not on the Trial. Yotpo Discover
Yotpo is a reviews and loyalty platform for online stores, and Discover is its AI visibility product. Discover pulls your product catalogue and tracks how products rank by product, category and region. Its page says it works with Shopify and other commerce platforms (Yotpo Discover, checked 7 Oct 2026). Pricing is custom, quoted after a demo (Yotpo Discover pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026). The Discover page says the first release is for brands with $10M+ in annual GMV, gross merchandise value, your total online sales (Yotpo Discover, checked 8 Oct 2026).
Do you need a Shopify app to track AI visibility?
Not with Depra AI. It asks AI assistants its questions from outside your store, so nothing is installed in Shopify. It needs no Shopify app and asks for no access token. DepraBot reads only your own site, its subdomains and your store's own myshopify.com address. It obeys robots.txt, and Depra AI never changes a store.

What does Depra AI's Shopping report show?
The Shopping report shows which products ChatGPT showed shoppers for your tracked questions, and whose they were. An answer where ChatGPT showed products is called a shopping answer. Percentages are counted over shopping answers, not over all answers. Depra AI records products whenever ChatGPT shows them in a tracked answer. - Brands. Ranked by the share of shopping answers that show their products. Each brand has its number of shopping answers, the average position of its products and the number of its products (SKUs) that appeared.
- Merchants. The stores the shown products are sold by.
- Prompts and products. The tracked questions that trigger products, and the top products.
Tracking one product on all four engines
