Both tools ask AI assistants your buyers' questions and record whether the answers name your brand.
Each question a tool tracks is called a prompt. A Google AI Overview is the AI summary Google shows above normal results. Hinglish is Hindi and English typed in English letters. An API lets other software work with a tool's data, and an MCP server does the same for AI assistants such as Claude.

What is Searchable AI?
Searchable AI is the common search name for Searchable, an AI visibility platform at searchable.com. It is made by Searchable Limited, a London company founded in 2025 (Searchable llms.txt, checked 8 Oct 2026).
It does three jobs. It tracks whether AI answers mention and cite your brand. It audits your pages for technical health, schema and crawler access. It plans, writes and scores content (Searchable features, checked 8 Oct 2026). Schema is code on a page that tells search engines and AI what the page is about.
Searchable also has an AI agent. Its Agent page says the Agent can inspect visibility, prompts, citations, content and technical issues, then turn the findings into next steps (Searchable Agent page, checked 8 Oct 2026).
Depra AI does the first job only: it tracks AI answers and ranks what to fix.
Which AI engines does each tool track?
Searchable includes three engines on every plan and sells six more as paid add-ons (Searchable pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026). Depra AI includes four on every plan and sells none.
Searchable's three are ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. Its add-ons are Copilot, DeepSeek, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Grok and Claude (Searchable pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026). Google AI Mode is Google's chat-style search mode. Add-on prices show only after you select a model, so we did not record them.
Depra AI's four are ChatGPT with web search, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. The first three run daily, and Perplexity runs weekly.
Searchable's help centre lists the same nine platforms and says Claude is available on custom plans (Searchable help: AI visibility tracking, checked 8 Oct 2026). Searchable serves AI assistants a plain-text pricing page that differs from the visitor's page: it lists two plans with eight engines included (pricing page, plain-text copy, checked 8 Oct 2026). Ask Searchable which engines your plan covers before you pay.
How much does Searchable cost?
Searchable costs $125 a month on Pro and $400 on Scale, and its plan table heads Enterprise "$999+/mo". A Custom plan is priced on request. Annual billing takes 20% off (Searchable pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026).
Pro tracks 100 prompts daily on the three included engines. The page counts that as 9,000 AI answers a month. Pro also includes 20 articles and 200 site audits a month, with unlimited seats and 1 project. Scale tracks 500 prompts across 10 projects and adds a Looker Studio connector and white-label reports, which carry your own brand (Searchable pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026). Looker Studio is Google's dashboard tool.

Where is Searchable the stronger choice?
Searchable is the stronger choice when you need something Depra AI does not offer. Each point comes from Searchable's own pages. Plan facts are on its pricing page (Searchable pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026), and other pages are linked where used.
- You want the tool to write. Pro includes 20 articles a month. Depra AI does not write content.
- You want your pages audited. Pro includes 200 site audits a month. Depra AI checks which AI crawlers your robots.txt lets in. It has no full site audit of schema, headings or internal links. Robots.txt is the file that tells bots what they may read.
- You need engines Depra AI does not track. Searchable sells Copilot, DeepSeek, Google AI Mode, Grok and Claude as add-ons. Depra AI tracks none of those five.
- You track hundreds of prompts. Pro tracks 100 prompts and Scale tracks 500. Depra AI Starter has 16 prompt slots and Scale has 120.
- You want prices and ratings in your shopping data. Searchable says it records the product cards an answer shows, with brands, merchants, ratings and prices (Searchable AI Shopping page, checked 8 Oct 2026). Depra AI's Shopping report ranks brands and lists merchants, the prompts that trigger products and the top products, for ChatGPT answers only. Prices and ratings are not on that list. - You need an API, Looker Studio or emailed summaries. Searchable's plan table lists API access on Pro, Scale and Enterprise, and a Looker Studio connector on Scale and Enterprise (Searchable pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026). The help centre describes daily email summaries and weekly team reports (Searchable help: AI visibility tracking, checked 8 Oct 2026). Depra AI has no general REST API, no Looker Studio connector and no scheduled or emailed reports.
- You want an assistant that can make changes. Searchable's MCP connection is read-only by default and can be given write tools. It works with ChatGPT and Claude (Searchable help: MCP, checked 8 Oct 2026). The Depra AI MCP server is read-only, and ChatGPT and claude.ai on the web cannot connect to it yet.
- You want unlimited seats stated, or a longer trial. Pro, Scale and Enterprise list unlimited seats. Depra AI lets owners and admins invite colleagues, and its pricing page lists no seat count. Searchable's trial runs 14 days on Pro and Scale. Depra AI's trial runs 3 days and needs a card.
Where is Depra AI the stronger choice?
Depra AI is the stronger choice when your buyers are in India and you budget in rupees. The Searchable facts below come from its pricing page (Searchable pricing, checked 8 Oct 2026), unless another page is linked.
- Gemini on every plan. Depra AI Starter includes ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. Searchable sells Gemini as a paid add-on.
- Answers from the apps people use. Depra AI captures ChatGPT and Gemini answers from their consumer web apps. It reads AI Overviews from a real Google results page in your country. The Searchable pages we read do not say how answers from its three included engines are captured.
- India and Hinglish on every plan. Depra AI asks each question from inside India or any of 39 other markets. It drafts Hinglish versions of your buying questions when India is a market. Searchable's help centre says custom plans support multi-language prompts, and the pages we read do not name India (Searchable help: working with prompts, checked 8 Oct 2026).
- Rupee billing with a GST invoice. Depra AI charges in rupees by card or UPI AutoPay, from ₹1,999 a month plus GST. It issues a GST invoice with your GSTIN, your GST registration number. Searchable prices its plans for brands in US dollars, from $125 a month.

What does Depra AI not do?
Depra AI does not track Google AI Mode, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek or Meta AI. Perplexity runs weekly on every plan. Location is set at country level, never a city. Questions typed in Hindi script are not tracked.
Depra AI has no free plan. It sends no alerts by email, WhatsApp or Slack and no scheduled or emailed reports. Its reports have no public share links. It has no Looker Studio or Google Sheets connector and no general REST API. Its MCP server is read-only.
Depra AI does not write content, change your website or change your store. It has no full site audit of schema, headings or internal links. It does not measure visits or sales that came from AI answers.
Depra AI records product cards in ChatGPT answers only. OpenAI says shopping in ChatGPT is live for users in the US today and will expand to more regions (OpenAI merchants page, checked 8 Oct 2026).
