Which AI engines does Depra AI track, and how is each one captured?

Depra AI tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, on every plan. Each engine gets the same questions, and Depra AI stores every full answer with the websites it cites.

Note: Perplexity answers come through Perplexity's API, so they can differ from the answer in the Perplexity app.

Note: Google does not show an AI Overview for every search. When none appears, Depra AI stores that as its own result and keeps it out of your scores.

How often is each engine checked?

ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews are checked once a day. Perplexity is checked once a week. The schedule is the same on every plan.

• Daily checks: scheduled for 02:30 IST.
• Perplexity: runs on the same weekday every week for your workspace. The line under your prompts list shows the next date.
• Start: the schedule begins once you complete setup and start your trial.

Perplexity costs Depra AI more per check than the other engines. Running it weekly keeps the price of every plan the same.

Which markets can I track?

Depra AI supports 40 markets. Every plan can track any of these markets, with up to 10 markets per project. Questions are asked from inside each country, at country level.

A second market has no extra fee, but it uses prompt slots. A prompt slot is one tracked question in one language and one market, so a question tracked in 2 markets uses 2 slots. See prompts and topics.

Which languages can I track?

English and Hinglish, on every plan. Hinglish is Hindi and English typed in English letters, the way many Indians ask.

• When India is one of your markets, Depra AI suggests a Hinglish version of each question.
• Each Hinglish version you track uses its own prompt slot.
• Depra AI detects the language of every reply, because an engine can answer a Hinglish question in English.
• Questions written in Hindi script (Devanagari) are not tracked.

What does Depra AI not track?

Amazon Rufus and rankings inside a marketplace's own search are not tracked either.

Every check is a fresh question from that country with no personal history. That is why results can be compared day to day.

What is the monthly check ceiling?

Each plan has a monthly ceiling on checks. A check is one engine answering one prompt in one market.

Warning: If your account reaches its ceiling, new checks pause until next month. Saved results remain available.

On Starter, 16 prompt slots in one market can collect up to 1,568 answers a month. That is three engines daily plus Perplexity weekly.
