Depra AI gives each project one printable report, which you save as a PDF from your browser. You can also export stored answers and some tables as CSV files. Use this page when you need to send results to a client, a manager or a spreadsheet.
What is in the printable report?
The report is one printable page per project. It includes the parts below.

The English vs Hinglish table is headed "Visibility by prompt language". It lists every tracked brand with two numbers. One is the share of English answers that mention it. The other is the share of Hinglish answers that mention it.
What each number means is covered in metrics. The top fixes come from the action plan.
Can the report carry my logo and colours?
Depra AI pricing lists your logo, colours and footer on reports for Scale and Enterprise.
Scale is for agencies running many clients. It pools 120 prompt slots across 5 client projects. More is on Depra AI for agencies.
How do I save the report as a PDF?

Open the report
Open the project's report in the Depra AI app.

Print it
Use your browser's print command.

Pick PDF as the destination in the print dialog, then save the file.

Send the PDF by email or chat to your client or team.
Note: Depra AI sends no scheduled or emailed reports. You open and save each report yourself.
What can I export as CSV?
You can export the following as CSV files.

Open the file in a spreadsheet for your own analysis. Depra AI has no Looker Studio or Google Sheets connector.
How else can I get my data out?
Through the Depra AI MCP server. It lets apps such as Claude Code and Cursor read your project's stored data. It is read-only, and it is included on every plan while the trial or subscription is active. Start at the MCP overview.
There is no general REST API. Depra AI sends no alerts by email or chat. Changes are listed on the daily brief, a page inside the app.
