This quickstart takes you from signup to your first results in Depra AI. You run a first free scan with no card and set up one project. Then you start 3 days free on Starter, Growth or Scale, which needs a card or UPI AutoPay. Follow it the first time you add a brand.
What are the steps from signup to first results?
There are four steps. You need no card until you start the trial.

Sign up and enter your website
Create an account at app.depra.ai/signup and enter your website. No card is needed. Your first free scan then runs during setup.

Review your first free scan
The scan checks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity before you add a card. Review the results, then continue setup.

Complete setup
During setup you confirm your brand profile, your markets, your competitors and the questions to track. Each one is covered below.

Start the trial
Pick Starter, Growth or Scale and add a card or UPI AutoPay. Tracking on all four engines starts once setup is complete and the trial has started.
What does the first free scan check?
The first free scan checks three engines: ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. It runs during setup, before the trial, and needs no card.
Treat it as a first snapshot. You can review the results and continue setup. Google AI Overviews joins once you complete setup and start your trial.
Note: Depra AI has no free plan. The first scan is free. Ongoing tracking needs a trial or a paid plan.
How do I set up a project?
A project holds one brand: its website, markets, competitors and tracked questions. During setup you confirm each of these.
- Your site: Depra AI drafts a brand profile from your website for you to correct. The profile is kept in Project settings > Profile.
- Your markets: choose the countries you sell in. Depra AI supports 40 markets, with up to 10 per project, and asks each question from inside each country.
- Your competitors: Depra AI proposes likely competitors. You keep, remove or add names, up to your plan's limit of 3, 5, 8 or 12 per project.
- Your questions: Depra AI suggests up to 5 topics with 8 buying questions each, and none of them name your brand. You tick the ones to keep.
The question review shows how many questions are selected and how many of your plan's prompt slots they use. A prompt slot is one tracked question in one language and one market.
When India is one of your markets, Depra AI also suggests a Hinglish version of each question. Hinglish is Hindi and English typed in English letters. Each Hinglish version uses its own slot. More detail is in prompts and topics.

How do I start the 3-day trial?
Pick a plan and add a card or UPI AutoPay. Starter, Growth and Scale start with 3 days free on the plan you pick. Enterprise trials are opened by the Depra AI team.

During the trial you get the full plan you picked, with its prompt, project and competitor limits. All four AI engines are included, in English and Hinglish.
Note: Razorpay refunds the ₹5 check at once. Your bank may take a few working days to show the refund.
If you are registered for GST, add your GSTIN in settings before paying. Depra AI then issues a GST invoice with your GSTIN.
What happens on day 4?
The first monthly charge goes through on day 4, unless you cancel. The day you start the trial is day 1. After the charge, tracking continues.
- Reminder: Depra AI emails you in the last 2 days before the trial ends.
- To pay nothing: cancel from Billing any time before the charge. Tracking runs to the end date, then stops.
- Your data: your projects and stored answers stay in your account either way. Coming back later picks up where you stopped.
After you pay, you can still cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens once tracking starts?
Checks follow a fixed schedule. ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews are checked daily, scheduled for 02:30 IST. Perplexity is checked weekly.
Depra AI stores every full answer. From those answers it calculates visibility, share of voice, position and sentiment for you and each competitor.
One day of answers is a small sample. Compare weeks or months for a steadier view.
