Can I track a city such as Mumbai?
Not as a separate location. Tracking is at country level, with no city targeting, personas or logged-in chat history. You can write the city into the question, such as 'best sunscreen in Mumbai', but it is still asked from the country as a whole.
Does a second market cost extra?
There is no extra fee. Any of the 40 markets is available on every plan. A second market uses prompt slots from your plan: a question tracked in India and the United Arab Emirates uses 2 slots, and 4 if you track it in English and Hinglish.
