What does Depra AI not track?

Which engines are add-ons, and what is not covered?

Claude, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, Google AI Mode, Grok and other models are Enterprise add-ons. The Depra AI team sets them up, so contact us to add one.

Depra AI does not track the engine settings and locations in the table. The right column shows what it tracks instead.

Which features are limited or unavailable?

• Alerts: no email, WhatsApp or Slack alerts. Changes are listed on the daily brief inside the app.
• Check frequency: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are all checked once a day on every plan. See the full check schedule.
• Scheduled or emailed reports: you open a report and save it as a PDF yourself.
• Report links: The Share action on Overview opens a report link. Viewing its data requires a Depra AI login for that workspace. You can also save the report as a PDF.
• Workspace members: Owners and admins can invite colleagues from Members. An email that already belongs to a Depra AI workspace cannot join a second workspace yet.
• General REST API: not offered. The read-only MCP server, with a personal access token from the API Keys page (in the sidebar, under Company), is the only programmatic access.
• Looker Studio, Google Sheets or CSV import of prompts: not offered. CSV export of stored answers is available.
• Counts of full questions: Depra AI shows measured monthly DataForSEO keyword demand where available, as a proxy for a prompt. It does not count how often people ask the full sentence. See what prompt volume means.
• Query fan-outs: Fanouts shows captured extra searches from ChatGPT answers. Coverage depends on what was captured; it does not show every hidden search across all engines.
• AI referral traffic and sales: Depra AI does not measure visits or sales that come from AI answers.
• Site checks: Since 11 Oct 2026, Actions runs a weekly technical check of up to 500 pages of your own site plus robots.txt (titles, headings, indexing rules, links, canonicals, images and JSON-LD syntax). • Content writing: Depra AI suggests page formats to publish. It does not write the pages.

Can I take my data out?

Yes. While your account is active, you can take your stored answers out of Depra AI in three ways.

• CSV export: each export returns up to 1,000 of the most recent answers in the date range you pick. For a complete history, email team@depra.ai and the team will produce a full extract.
• PDF report: open any report and save it as a PDF to print or share.
• MCP server: the read-only MCP server gives Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP apps your stored answers.

What happens to my data if I stop?

Plans are monthly, and you can cancel from Billing at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

If the trial ends without a plan, or a cancelled plan runs out, tracking stops. Your workspace and data are kept, so you can pick up where you stopped. See Depra AI pricing.
